Using the service
You may use Dispersions for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the platform. Don't upload malicious files or use the service in any way that could harm other users or the infrastructure.
Your data
You own the files and inputs you upload. We don't claim any rights to your modeling data. We store it to run your jobs and make results available to you, nothing more.
Payments
Usage is billed based on the compute consumed by your runs. All charges are final. If you believe there's a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We'll communicate planned outages in advance when possible.
